A quality system is in place, evidence of which is available for examination for a nominal fee.
- gCAP Software Ltd respects the privacy of each user of this website and endeavours to protect it. You do not have to register personal information to use most of the information and services available on the website. If you choose to register for our service we will use the personally identifying information you give us to send you an email confirming your registration and further emails whenever certain new company information is posted to the site. If you do not wish us to store your personal information please do not submit it to us. - You may be contacted automatically by the system to warn or inform about upcoming issues or data that has been entered. These emails are only sent by request and the option can be turned off.
- How we collect information.
- Information is entered either by the user or their employer using online tools
- Data is occasionally changed by gCAP Software personnel as a direct result of a request from the user or their employer, e.g. to update an email address

- Data is stored for the user to access in the future and is retained — including any uploaded images and documents — until the user requests deletion

- All data is backed up daily and stored on-site, on a cloud backup server, and off-site in encrypted form

- The site is hosted on a secure server in the UK and all data exchange uses SSL encryption
