What's New
Sign in without a password
- Magic link — if you can't log in or don't have a password, click Can't log in? Get help here. You can request a magic link by email address or by user ID. The link signs you straight in — no password needed. Links expire after 20 minutes.
- Biometric login — if you use AOCMS as an installed app on your phone or tablet, you can register your device and sign in with Face ID or fingerprint instead of a password. Go to Account settings to set this up once you're logged in.
Install AOCMS as an app
- AOCMS can be added to your phone, tablet, or desktop as a standalone app — no app store required. Once installed it appears on your home screen and opens full-screen. How to install →
For everyone
- Mobile-friendly layout — most pages now adapt to phone-sized screens. A toggle in the top bar lets you force the desktop layout if you prefer it on a tablet.
- Display theme — click the ☀ icon in the top-right of the navigation bar to cycle between Light, Dark, and Auto (follows your device setting). Your preference is saved.
- Sort and filter tables — click any column header to sort, or click a value in the table to filter by it. A pill shows the active filter; click it to clear.
- Account settings — update your login email address, password, and registered passkey devices from Account settings. Keeping your email address up to date ensures magic link login always reaches you.
For pilots and crew
- PDF reports — your logbook, duty log, FTL rolling totals, and training checks can all be exported as formatted PDFs directly from the relevant page. Full list in the feature guide →
- FTL calculation detail — on any duty record, a debug view shows a step-by-step breakdown of exactly how your DP, FDP, and flying figures were calculated — useful if a figure doesn't look right or you want to understand how a split duty or discretion has been handled.
- Discretion indicator — when a duty record has triggered a discretion event, a colour-coded indicator now appears on the duty edit page showing the report status, with a direct link to the report.
For company administrators
- Company logbook — a Company page in the logbook section shows all pilots' entries for a date range in a single table, with sorting, filtering, and export to CSV and other formats.
- PDF reports — available on most company pages via a PDF reports panel. Covers training compliance, out-of-date checks, FTL hours remaining, discretion report summaries, scheme reference cards, and more. Full list in the feature guide →
